I had a great experience at Ellui. I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to any sort of medical/dental procedure and the staff did such an excellent job making me feel calm and just by being very supportive overall. Saw Dr. Son for a cleaning and whitening treatment today and it was the most pleasant experience! The girls at the front are kind and welcoming, I was seen quickly upon arrival, and the doctor was thorough yet gentle. The whitening treatment left my teeth sparkling. This by far has been my favorite dentist in Boston. Dealing with bad anxiety and previous dental trauma, the entire staff has made me feel welcomed and not judged. I had to get 3 extractions done and Dr. Hahn is wonderful! During the procedures he was calm, alert, and encouraging and explains what he’s doing while performing the procedure. The dental assists also do an amazing job with making me feel comfortable. The first extraction they were able to see how tense I was and gave me stress balls without asking!  I also appreciate being able to text them with any questions or concerns. This team truly cares about you.
